Adrian L. Mackay, Chief Investment Officer, is the portfolio manager for Freestyle. Prior to founding Freestyle in 2002, Mr. Mackay was a Managing Director at ING Barings / Furman Selz from 1995 to 2001 where he was responsible for transaction origination in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology sectors. Prior to working at ING, Mr. Mackay worked at Lehman Brothers focusing on Energy and Natural Resources and at Kidder, Peabody, where he was a generalist banker. He has completed over 120 financing, M&A, and principal investment transactions involving all elements of the capital structure; bank debt, high yield, convertible securities and equity. Mr. Mackay holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Southampton University in England, an MBA from Tulane Business School in the U.S. where he graduated first in class, and completed a PADE at IESE Business School in Spain. Mr. Mackay competed on the Great Britain National Swim Team from 1986 to 1987. Mr. Mackay is fluent in Spanish and French.

Greg Parcella | Senior Analyst

Gregory R. Parcella, Senior Analyst, is responsible for the Consumer, Energy, Materials and Utilities sectors at Freestyle. Prior to joining Freestyle in 2006, Mr. Parcella was a generalist research analyst at Ingleside Investors from 2005 to 2006. Preceding Ingleside Investors, Mr. Parcella worked at Citigroup Asset Management from 2000 to 2005, focusing on the retail and beverage industries. Mr. Parcella holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Michael D. Ritzer, Analyst, is responsible for the Financials, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology and Telecommunications sectors at Freestyle. Mr. Ritzer is also responsible for both equity and fixed income trading. Prior to joining Freestyle in 2004, Mr. Ritzer was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies & Company from 2003 to 2004. He was involved with high yield, equity and restructuring transactions in the Telecommunications, Consumer and Industrials sectors. Mr. Ritzer also worked on the fixed income desk at Banc of America Securities in 2002, focusing on repurchase agreements, agency securities and commercial paper. Mr. Ritzer holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Stephanie Elbaum | CCO & CFO

Stephanie R. Elbaum, CCO & CFO, is responsible for financial and operations management at Freestyle. Prior to joining Freestyle in 2006, Ms. Elbaum was a senior accountant at Jacobson Family Investments from 2002 to 2005, responsible for all accounting aspects of the family investment office. An employee of Jacobson Family Investments for over 3 years, Ms. Elbaum was responsible for the financial books and records of the family’s investment vehicles, including outside audits and annual tax return preparation. Prior to joining Jacobson Family Investments, Ms. Elbaum was at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1999 to 2002, responsible for external fund auditing. Ms. Elbaum holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jennifer H. Tso | Director, Marketing and Business Developoment

Jennifer H. Tso, Director, is responsible for Marketing and Business Development at Freestyle. Prior to joining Freestyle in 2007, Ms. Tso was a Client Portfolio Manager at Neon Liberty Capital Management since its launch in 2002. Ms. Tso was responsible for business development and client services in the long/short international equities area. Prior to joining Neon Liberty, Ms. Tso was an Analyst at JPMorgan Emerging Market Equity Group from 2000 to 2002 focusing on the team’s business growth opportunities and client relationships. An employee of JP Morgan for over two years, Ms. Tso conducted competitive landscape analysis of the emerging markets asset class, evaluated portfolio performance, and managed new asset manager proposals (RFPs). Prior to joining JP Morgan, Ms. Tso worked at BlackRock Financial Management as a fixed income analyst. Ms. Tso holds a BS in Finance and Information System from the Stern Business School at New York University.
